I needed a car fairly quickly and having bought previously from Andrew and Gary I didn't hesitate to return.Within a week Andrew had found a suitable car beyond my expectations and after the test drive I went ahead and made the purchase.Andrew was very patient explaining how it all operated due to more technology than I was used to. The car was given a full service and MOT and ready to pick up within days.If you're planning buying a car I would recommend you try Copycars first. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Just bought a car from copycars , and the whole experience was first class.

Having made an online enquiry quite late in the day, I received a prompt response providing answers to all the questions posed. This was followed by a short phone call the following day which helped to confirm the details of any potential purchase before I decided to jump on a train to view the car. I arrived at Copycars and was greeted by Andrew who was fully prepared for my arrival and proceeded to conclude the sale in a hassle free manner which allowed me to get on my way home, which was nearly 300 mile drive, a quickly as was possible. The car was as described and, from the research that had been doing over a number of weeks, was good value. It is still early days as far as the car is concerned but have to say the long drive home was very enjoyable and am sure that my wife, who I purchased the car for, will be more than happy with. Thanks to Andrew and Copycars for making this purchase so easy. I would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Bought a car for our daughter here . A top class experience from the sale to picking up the car . Extremely helpful throughout. We asked if possible to fill the car with petrol on collection for my daughter to drive it away, we were on holiday and couldn't be there and this was her first car .This was no problem they were happy to help.

I approached the company after buying my previous car from them years ago. They weren't able to help me at that moment as they didn't have any of the smaller sized cars that I was after They offered to take my details and contact me whenever a suitable car came in. I was looking for a specific model of Corsa, Copycars had exactly what i wanted at the keenest price. I made an appointment to view the vehicle, i was left alone to drive it and take a good look around it. No pressure was applied and i took all of 5 minutes to decide it was a exactly what i wanted. Andrew was very helpful in every aspect and the whole thing was very efficient and easy and pleasant, just how buying a car should be. Three days later the Corsa is sat on my drive. I had previously enquired at a national Vauxhall dealership and they never even rang me back. My older Corsa was traded in and i was offered the price that i had wanted. These guys are worth visiting from anywhere in the UK, the vehicle i bought was in exceptional condition, just as it appeared in their pictures, no nasty surprises. The paperwork was all taken care of and i drove off very happily in my new purchase. an excellent experience from start to finish. I thoroughly recommend these guys.

Their service with my recent purchase was amazing. I had a family member go check out the Peugeot 308 from themselves over the weekend due to being busy myself and ended up mostly talking to them over the phone about the car and purchase. They offered some really wonderful help and insight that we weren't too sure about when I was wanting to purchase the vehicle. Wonderful from start to finish. I called to enquire on a Mercedes C Class AMG, Gary and Andrew were both fantastic through out, I live about 6/7 hours away so I was a little sceptical to sort out my finance and in theory purchase a car without actually seeing it. They both quickly put my mind at ease, firstly gave me a full tour of the car on the phone describing each minute detail (things so small I did not even notice it when I picked it up) but in their own words "˜better to undersell than over' I appreciated that and they were always extremely helpful each and every time I called to ask a question. Also fully explained the finance side of things. Another thing to note is how competitive prices were, especially in today's market with how inflated used car prices have risen to, my Mercedes was very well priced. Both Gary and Andrew were a pleasure to deal with, both very knowledgeable and definitely put their customers first. In total it was a 13 hour round trip door to door to pick up the car, and I am so glad I did. They also give a 6 month warranty for piece of mind which when buying a used car is a wonderful perk. What can I say, Remarkable & outstanding car, Large 7 seater was advertised and went to view, We asked all the questions and we had taken the car on a test drive, Within 20 minutes we said yes to the car and within a week it was fully serviced and we didn't have to check anything out, We went with my youngest daughter and even the staff had a little joke about it being hidden. Got a lovely motor at a good price. Friendly staff who are straight talking and helpful and certainly not pushy. I'm always wary of car sales but couldn't fault this company. I'll use them again as they said they're happy to look for a specific car of my liking next time I'm looking to buy.

Well what can i say, hassle free way of buying a new car, friendly, no pressure, small team of employees, good selection of cars to choose from. They do what they say. We dealt with Mike, he was a great bloke to deal with. We will buy again from here.

Great experience buying the car (Golf GTI) from Andrew. I've had the car a year now and it's been absolutely spot on so far.

Really smooth, quick and efficient service purchasing the car. No sales pressure at all. Sorted out a couple of issues with the car before picking it up. It was serviced and MOT'd prior to sale along with a 6 month warranty.

Will definitely return to buy another car if I decide to change the car in the future.
